The terms for accessing Forma, managing content and working with your team.

The service
DDS Studio operates Forma CMS, a service for managing repositories, structured content, media and team access. These terms apply to your authorized use of the service, together with any applicable written service agreement. Contact us with questions before using it.
Forma is currently in a private launch. The public website does not provide open registration, guarantee an invitation or open commercial checkout. An invitation or existing account only permits access allowed by the current service configuration and your repository permissions.
Accounts and permissions
Provide accurate account information and use only accounts you are entitled to access. If you use Forma for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Access may change when the repository owner changes your role or removes your membership.
Keep account credentials and integration tokens confidential. Repository owners are responsible for the invitations and permissions they grant. Contact hello@ddsstudio.co if you suspect unauthorized access or need help managing an account.
Your content
Your rights in your content are not transferred to us by storing it in Forma. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide, process and publish the content you upload. You authorize the hosting and processing necessary to deliver the service and the integrations you configure.
Keep your own copies of content that is important to you.
Published content and public media URLs can be accessible outside your team. Review what you publish and the recipients of configured integrations. Removing content does not remove copies previously delivered to other recipients.
Acceptable use
Do not infringe another person’s rights, distribute unlawful content or malicious files, obtain unauthorized access, compromise another system, disrupt the service or circumvent permissions and plan limits.
We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident, a legal requirement or a material breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Plans and commercial conditions
Repositories are subject to the features, storage, processing and usage limits of their configured plan and any written agreement. Future features or indicative plan information do not create a commitment to deliver them or an authorization to charge you.
If a paid service is offered, its price, billing currency, billing period, renewal and cancellation conditions must be presented in the applicable offer or agreement. Payment processing may be handled by Mercado Pago where enabled. A reference currency may differ from the currency charged by a payment provider or bank.
Contact hello@ddsstudio.co for commercial, billing or cancellation questions. Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the applicable agreement and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Availability and external services
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, incidents, provider outages or changes needed for security and operation. Features and access during the private launch may change. Specific availability, support or service-level commitments must be stated in a written agreement with us.
External authentication providers and destinations you connect have their own terms and availability. Review the providers and integrations you choose.
Account and content requests
Contact hello@ddsstudio.co to request account closure or assistance with removing content. Requests require verification of account ownership and repository permissions. The handling of information is described in the Privacy page.
Closing an individual account does not necessarily remove content belonging to a repository managed by someone else. Recoverable deletion differs from permanent removal. Permanent repository cleanup may run in the background, and copies delivered to other recipients are outside that cleanup.
Updates and your rights
The date on this page identifies the latest version. Changes will be published here, with additional notice where required. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Individually agreed commercial conditions remain governed by the relevant written agreement.
